#2 gets my vote even though #1 was nice too #2 flows better and is more appealing to the eye

Great re-do. It's definitely cleaner and the wraps are more even. I love the light & airy feeling of your work. Classy.

Love it, its beautiful! Would you whack me on the head if I said I still like the first one better (shannon, ducking fast). #2 IS more balanced but I never said I was a balanced person lol. #1 seems more eclectic. What can I say, I like/liked them both!

I am ducking with Shannon cause I still like #1 best. It is just so much more whimsical to me. # 2 is too balanced with all 3 stones lined up in a row. Okay Nancy, undo #2 and redo it back to #1! (Now I'm running AND ducking! ;D) I like the airiness of #2 but the large amethyst in dead center throws me off. I'm shutting up now. Lady B

lol... I think you all are right...nobody run, please! Hey, I figure you all are helping me and I can take anything cause you are good eggs. I really loved the design of the first...just not the execution. The second is almost too tidy. sigh.... Ah well... Thanks for the feedback...I appreciate it.

I can't imagine doing #1, but to redo it is mind boggling. I like #2 the best.

I like number 2 better. The 3 stones are simectrical in the center. They wire just flows more natural in the second one too. Great redo, that took alot of time. Tonja

I like #1, but I think I like the symmetry of the 2nd one. So my vote is #2.

I like it better remade, it puts the lights on the stone. I wonder if these long curls in the bottom are going to bend while wearing. I " elliminated" them by framing the main work with the fingers and I liked it simple, with its heart shape.

Thanks again for the input you all. Adrian...they should not bend as it was tumbled for some time. They are pretty dang hard and the way that they are bent should keep them from catching on things. I suppose it could happen, but more than likely not. ;D It is true that the second design puts more focus on the large quantum cut lilac amethyst...I do like that aspect of it.

Can I duck, too? I like them both, but the first one really wows me. I really like the bottom work on #2 - to me, that lack of symmetry down there pulls the piece together. The focus is on the stones, which is terrific, but, well, I don't know.

Naw...no ducking needed! lol Everyone has different tastes and that is lucky for me, as my mind runs all over the place when it comes to designing. I have no hard set rules...or whatever, but I suppose I do have a style so to speak...at least MOST of the time I do. Still kinda workin' on that! ;D

They are both great, however, the redo isn't as fussy. I definitely like the redo. Tami
