This jade was part of an awesome package I got from Nephrite - embarrassingly long ago... Nephrite, right now bamboozaling with sharks, hunting for more jade, in Big Sur. I wrapped it in gold filled as a 21st birthday gift for my niece.

That is terrific, Dee. It looks like it's still in the ocean.
And I love that color! Most of the jade from that I've seen posted has been shades of green or that dark blue. But that soft blue is amazing!

Thanks, everyone! Akansan, I think it's because it's a pretty thin cab - so the tranlucent quality of jade comes 'through' lol. I love the blue shade of it too.
