Hello, everyone! I cabbed today two cabs. One is a crazy lace from a Sonesthatrocky slab and the other one is a cab made from a rock that I picked from Lesvos Island. A group photo: The Lesvos cab: It's the first time when I make a cab with a concave edge and I like how it polished on that area (that's why I didn't make them till now, I had doubts about being able to polish that concave edge) Here is the Crazy Lace: And two more close ups of the Crazy Lace (sorry, I couldn't resist to add them): Thanks for looking, Adrian

Adrian - those are gorgeous! I love the shape of the concave Lesvos stone - and the finish is just beautiful! You did an awesome job on both (wow, some wild patterns in that agate)! Both stones will be fantastic to set. Nancy

Nice job on both, Adrian! I love making concave shapes, and find them really a joy to work with. They can really add a lot of interest to a cab, in my opinion.

Great job on your first concave corner. They aren't that hard are they? Look out another designer cabochon maker is on the loose.

Nice cabs. I press the cab edge into the wheel as far as it will go and repeat the process on each wheel. The 6" wheel will make a more concave cut than the 8".

I love those, Adrian! The shape on the found rock is very, very nice. Cool pattern on the lace. I never met a crazy lace I didn't like Tony

No need to be sorry about posting lots of pictures...I love em'! You have the shine nailed...and I really like that concave shape. I still need much more practice before I achieve the shine and shape you have already perfected! Nice cabs Adrian! Steve

The concave shape is beautiful. It gives the stone style and grace. Thanks for the close up of the Lace. I do love close ups and the pattern is gorgeous.

Thank you all! Roxy, I am far from mastering it, it's my first one this type! And stop being modest: I've seen your cabs in Randy's post and they are excellent KD, I'm beginning to understand why Crazy (or Krazy? ) Lace is your favorite stone. Adrian
