Now that most of our snow has finally melted, I was able to raid the wife’s rock garden and gather a few of last summer’s finds from various Maritime beaches that we walked together. Unfortunately, that was before I was “into” rocks, so I didn’t bother to record the locations. It will take a few road trips to find these again. These are mini-slabs from my tile saw. The feet on the plastic stand are about 1” across for scale. Each slab will only yield one, or two small performs. The mini-slabs were photographed wet to show off their colour. I wanted to share them all (as usual), but contained my enthusiasm to my favourite 10 of the lot. Here we go. Photo 1 - Agate Photo 2 - Agate (Possibly my favorite of the lot) Photo 3 - Pink and Green Mossy Agate Photo 4 – Agate in Red Rhyolite Photo 5 – Agate in Green Rhyolite Photo 6 – Agatized Jasper Photo 7 – Agatized Jasper Photo 8 – Granite Photo 9 - Really Green Rhyolite Photo 10 – Rhyolite in Agate Thanks for viewing. 150FromFundy

I have heard of this "snow" that you speak of but have never experienced it. What a shame that it keeps you from your hobby ;D Cool slabs, that granite is wild looking cut like that and the rholite agate with the orange glows, good work .
