Many years ago when I was camping and water skiing at a local lake with family and friends we had our cans of various liquid refreshments setting around and the local wasps were rather active. They would fly around the cans, light on them and go inside. Before we would take a drink we had to tap the side of the can and they would scamper out and fly away. I guess I had been quaffing an adequate amount of these so as to not pay careful attention. I tapped the side of the can and they (mostly) came flying out. I took a big gulp and the last one managed to sting me on the inside of my lip before I choked and spit him out. It reduced my quaffing for a few hours. Bob

Is anyone else beginning to ich??? Mels story reminded me of this one. Thank you Mel ;D
Years ago a coworker called in sick cause he had bugs on him. I worked in close proximity to him and after hearing that I just started itching, then I started scratching. The scratching caused more itching and I was convinced I got those bugs so I went to the dr's to verify it. The doc stood at arms length and looked through my hair, thought he saw something jump and told me to get that bug shampoo.
I went home and spent 3 days scouring every single thing including myself and bug bombed the place. I was still itching on the 3rd day so I called the dr again. He said to call a dermatologist. I went to the dermatologist, he said I did not have bugs so I went home. I was still itching the next day so I called the dermatologist again. He said come in tomorrow but bring in what you think are bugs. So I spent hours going through my hair and shaking my head in a jar. I thought I captured the little suckers and took them to the dr. the dr got kind of abrupt with me and told me all it was was dry skin. I was still itching after another week went by so I called another dermatologist. This time this dr took some time, checked me out and asked a few questions.
Apparently I was allergic to the new shampoo that I was using and when I first used it it just happened to be the same day the coworker called in sick.
