Hey, its one of Steve's cabs! Great guy that does really great work. I believe he teaches classes at William Holland too.

I did this lapis doublet quite a while ago. It's a thin piece of boulder opal on top of lapis. The blue you see in the boulder opal isn't the lapis, but a flash of opal in the matrix.

Good golly, that's so stunning - it's almost hard to make my eyes focus on it - it looks almost neon - like it's lit from inside. Wow.
