Snuffy, that's one heckuva nice arrangement you put together there. A place for everything, and everything in its place. How bout you come over to ole San Antone and do mine up like that? LOL!
So glad your son-in-law is back from that hellhole over there. Tell him thanks, from an old V.N. vet. Us old guys can't do it any more, so we appreciate the young ones stepping up and taking over.

Snuffy, that work shop is beautiful! Great prices on those showcases too! I am so happy your Son in Law will be home tomorrow...and bearing gifts to boot! I am sure he got the good stuff there! I know your daughter just counted the days and if she was anything like me. I would mark days on the calendar just to get through, then I knew it would be closer to the homecoming. Now, those grandbabies are just beautiful! Fran

Hey Papa! Surprise! I am an official member of Rock Tumbling Hobby! I see that you are becoming quite a pro at posting pics! Guess my sheet long of instructions sure helped And you are a 3 star RTH member? Wow! I bet you are excited you are getting a new reply--and I bet you have checked 100 times for new replies, if not more. I know you too well! The shop looks FABULOUS! I had to do a doubletake because I thought, that is very very organized! I'm proud of you! I will get to see it all when I come to visit soon! My OCD organization skills that I get in trouble for are rubbing off on you! The pictures of me however, I will have to yell at mom for. I actually sent those to her the other day saying, "Look at how big I was!" --those pics are of me 50 pounds heavier...Maybe I should send yall an updated pic you could post! Ah well I really don't care that you put that there. The hubby will be home very soon and I am so proud of him! Everything looks great. Can't wait to take Baby girl on a tour of the shop. Oh--I just see you emailed me...Bet you didn't know I would reply! Maybe I will catch up with you and get a star or two one day! LOVE YOU PAPA! Britt

Hey dad, is that the same shed? Geez, looks nice! And to think all of those empty baby food containers (that we spent an arm and a leg on when they were full) were put to good use! Oh, and those grandbabies sure are cute......

Your shop is great!! I love the bottle collection too, I have a small collection myself. It's amazing what falls out of walls and ceilings during demolition ;D

LOL, this is such a great thread! Made me smile from ear to ear! Snuffy, you and your family are a wonderful addition to RTH! I too am envious of your playground as well as your collections, and my heartfelt thanks to your son for doing what he is doing and you and your family for supporting him. Jo

Wow! Nice organization and collections. My studio reorg project hasn't quite taken off yet. I did get some slabs sorted over the weekend though...

Man I was gonna post how I'd cleaned up my rock grotto, but mine still looks like a dump site compared to your set-up.
I'd say you've done pretty good for someone who obviously has a touch of the "hoarder" OCD thing, but being able to temper it with Britt's OCD organizing obsession seems to be the trick.
Who says there is anything wrong with a little OCD? just have to work on balancing out the obsessions with the compulsions.

Dang, that's not a play-with-rocks shop, it's a museum! And way to go, I think you should get more honorary stars for all the family participation and learning how to post such great pix with only one page of directions. You and your family rock on!
