The Republicans need to get back to their roots as well. Bush may have been a Republican, but he was certainly no conservative (at least economically). I've never seen anyone spend money so fast.

Agreed, The Republicans are corrupt as well, though I do not believe they have much to do with ACORN.... my opinion is that the only solution to the dissolution of our Constitution is for the Independent party to finally come into it's own and claim the middle ground where most Americans stand. I quit the Republican party several years ago when Bush failed to protect our borders, while handing a free rein to congress to spend us into oblivion.

You're right, I don't believe the Repubs have anything to do with ACORN - they were huge Obama supporters.
I've long considered myself an independant. I end up voting for the person whom I think will hurt the country and me personally the least. It's a sad way to set up a government.

Yup, as I understand it, there is at lest one more video. CBS actually touched the story today for all of 30 seconds.
I also agree. Look at my signature. Fire them all and keep firing them every 2 years until they get the message.

Eventually more people will be fed up with both parties. Unfortunately, misguided loyalty, habit, or fear of the unknown will keep most Americans voting party lines for a long time to come. I hope I'm wrong.

Well, well... ACORN is finally admitting something is wrong and is going to institute training: www.cnn.com/2009/US/09/16/us.acorn/index.html1. Don't trust pimps with hidden cameras 2. Prostitution is illegal - don't give advice to 'exotic dancers' 3. Tax evasion is illegal - don't suggest burying money in tin cans It's amazing this wasn't part of their employee orientation.

Congress voted to suspend all federal money to ACORN today. Finally. They should have suspended it when they signed up thousands of people to illegally vote. 30 employees have been convicted and more are being investigated every day and still they gave our tax dollars to them right and left.
