;D you know, it's fun to go places and always good to see friends and family that you haven't seen in a while....but MAN! travelling has become hard work! not to mention expensive!! of course, the day we flew to the UK, the dollar tanked and everything seemed twice as expensive as here.
anyway, we got to visit four generation of family (!) and went to some our fav places to eat and drink. i got my favorite dinner for my birthday (peking duck with pancakes, hoisin sauce, scallions and cucumber).
just got home a few hours ago, vacations are certainly a double edged sword as i am facing a backlog of stuff to be done.
anyway, all safe and sound, thanks for all the birthday wishes, love you all!!
