Brazilian agates are beginning to be my favorite rock to cut.Never know whats going to be inside. This is a surprise to me when I cut the first slab off it gave no indication of what was inside. These are the ten slabs I got from the agate nodule, in sequence. snuffy

Very nice slabs snuffy. It's a great feeling finding beautiful patterns like that when you cut things open.

I dont know what it's called,but I'd like to know. Somebody out there knows. This was the first one I ever encountered.Is it uncommon or can you expect to find one every now and then? Thanks,
