Howdy folks,
This thread will be for Oregon category #3 Moss and Plume Agate. Lets include sagenite in this grouping too as again, these inclusions often occur together. I think that of all states, Oregon probably has more variety of agate and jasper/agate in this category than any other. I know several of our members have fantastic collections of Oregon moss and plume. Also moss and plume frequently occur in the same specimens so this will serve as a good catch all category for anything from Oregon with moss, plume, dendrites etc. So drag em out an post 'em folks. Can't wait to see what y'all have and load them into the database....Mel

Ochoco Green Plume Agate, Walton Lake, Oregon Ochoco Green Moss Agate, Walton Lake, Oregon Ochoco Lace/ Tube Agate, Walton Lake, Oregon Unknown Plume. Dealer gave Oregon as origin. I suspect it's a Wingate Pass, CA variety but I've not seen another like it.

I know leathers ranch is from prineville. But does anyone know the exact location? I’m sure the ranch has changed names. I know someone on here knows.
