Well after 2 weeks and much frustration I have managed to wrestle my first wire wrap out. I would also like to thank Randy for the great toot. on this page if not for that I would never have tried. I would also have to say if it wasn't for my wifes help I would still be sitting in the corner babbling incoherently. So now I have to get photo bucket to work for me so I will post this and then work on the pics lost this once Well looks like it worked. This wire took a beating and it shows. I like how it turned out for what the wire went trough I am shocked at how well it looks lol. I gave up twice so just to say its done was great.George

I can feel ya frustration, and your joy at getting it done! And, yes, it does look pretty darn good. Better than many I have done so far. Keep a wrappin'!

Hard to see in that picture but it does look good. Keep working at it. You've got a good start. Glad your wife was there to keep you from babbling too long.

That is a beautiful towel. Great job on a first wrap - as the master stated above. You got a future kid.

Well I just lost another big fight that I been having with photobucket, it will not let me load some of my better scans of this battered wrap. This cab is not flat the back is a layer of uneven dull druzy it vary's from less than 1/16'' too 3/8'' on the edges while the center very nearly has a hole. The face had a mirror shine( bwwe). It was one of my favorite stones looked like a big kiss when turned right. George

Sorry photobucket won that round, don't give up the fight, I know you'll come out on top.
