I've been looking about a year and a half for one of these to come up for sale.$100, dont know if thats good or bad,got it anyway. My question is,what are the two best sc wheels to get, what grit size to only use these two for grinding.I can go to my homemade polisher for further work, then vibe polish. I'm not talking mass production, just a few cabs here and there.heres a pic of the unit. Any help appreciated. There is one wheel that is carborundum, the other looks like a green wheel, label is worn off. Thanks, snuffy

They both look like SC wheels. The black wheel for coarse grinding, and the green for refining your cabs shape. Was the motor included in the price ? If so, that's not too bad a price. Loretones machines sure have changed over the years. I have a new 2 wheel machine that has a hinged hood. Don

Generally, the older equipment had a100 and 220 wheel. You will have to grind and see what you have. SC wheels come in green, brown, and black that I know of. If any of the label is left it may say.

Just get a dressing tool and clean up the ones you have, they should last you a long while.
