This box is SOLD! Thanks, everyone! Small FRB of slabs & slabettes for $30, shipping included. Please just PM me if interested. Thanks, Tom The batch: The slabs (One pic is missing - the coprolite in lower right of the group picture - and I already packed the box - sorry) I think this batch is well worth the money - it's about 1/2 of what they cost me. Thanks, Tom

This is a nice box of slabs here Tom. I think the Amazonite can also be called a Perthite, since there is also some orthoclase in it. I'm sure these will go fast, and I'm really tempted. Jo

Yep, I think Maryann is right about that. Even though your camera doesn't pick up the colors as well as it should be(nice soft pink), the inclusions give it away and it is beautiful material! Good luck Tom! Fran

Wow - Peruvian opal? I would never have guessed it was opal! I thought opal wouild be shiny or even translucent to some degree - this pink stuff is totally opaque and looks almost chalky, although it's not really chalky. In fact, it looks pretty much exactly like the stuff I cabbed for my first bracelet in this other thread: forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/index.cgi?board=creationtime&action=display&thread=39562But you folks are the experts, not me - if you say it's opal, then it's opal! Yay! I had opal & didn't even know it! Thanks, Tom
