That looks like a pretty good size agate! I'll be glad when you get your saw going again so you can cut it!

Where are the septarians from? We collected a bunch at Torrey, UT years ago but I never cut them. The broken ones were just like those, red with white calcite, and not very impressive. I'll have to find them and cut them now.

I'll have to find them and cut them now. Im not sure , but think is from New Mexico. Could be Utah though . Show some of yours . This one is fracturey , is why i quit cutting it , and polished , slabs would not stay together .
