I shaped and tumbled a large piece of mustard yellow jasper that had healed cracks running through it. My sweety likes ducks so I removed the parts that didn't look duckish and this is what I come up with: It's got a few small vugs in it but overall a nice finish. I also tumbled some agate (this is all from Zapata TX) Ya'll cover up and rub your limbs together to stay warm. It'll be spring before you know it.

Nice. I was just grinding some jasper like that. Unfortunatly the fractures in mine weren't healed well enough and it cracked on the 100 belt. Oh well into the tumble pile it goes!

What is the name of the second stone? I was gifted a couple of those by a relative a few years ago. I love the fire & water look, but haven't been able to find a name on them.
