Nice haul! Thanks for the little report and info. Always a pleasure to know about the sites you are digging and the material you are finding. next time you make it back bring a camera and get some pics of the area if you wouldn't mind

it may be the only one but you realize you just said you found fire agate !!! awesome ... i also like the one on top of the fire agate looks like a blob alien mutant screaming at me or something ...lol

nice. i have some thunder egg nodules with the same green and red plumes near the matrix like in your 4th pic. i think they're from new mexico. Have found some iron-coated chalcedony in them with similar fire to your last cab, seems to form near seams in the nodules. Had a few that split along natural seams leaving a botyroidal surface where the pieces met, with the fire underneath.

This is nice material and there is a chance of getting a rock with fire in it. I would like to make a standing offer to any RTH member if you have the means to get there I will show you the way. It takes a well prepared four wheel drive rig to make it there. A quad or side by side will have no problem. This offer is good from November this year to May next year. Yuma is a great place in the winter months and good rock hunting is still out there if you know where to go. Don
