Love it Sheri, You have a wonderful knack for making people feel comfortable, like the sitting area in the middle of the rock tables. I do hope to get out there one day if the gas prices ever drop again. My brother in law is in Casa Grande, Az. After driving at least 2,000 miles, by way of South Dakota, to his house anywhere in AZ would be a short trip to your shop.

Thanks guys! It has been really busy. I opened last Sat cause I didn't have anything to do but not expecting any business the day b4 easter but I got slammed! I expect it to slow way done as the temperatures go up. I will spend that time getting ready for fall and the Christmas season! Please remember that anyone that is nearby is welcome to put rock or rock related outside and make some $.

Jo, I wish we could. Chris probably won't come with us. He and Diane don't travel too much and this will be an expensive trip. Jerry and I do okay but we can't afford a motel room for them every night. But then maybe if he starts selling some of his wraps, who knows. I would love to do Quartzite but that would take out the South Dakota trip as well. Too much snow then, I want to see Mt Rushmore before I am too old.
rockpickerforever: Fossilman, that jalapeno jelly came out smokin' hot, the hottest batch yet. Close to being too hot, maybe?? The jalapenos give it that great flavor, add about ten Hot Black Cobra chilies for heat. Need to eat it with something to avoid stomach ulcers.

rockpickerforever: The rain is a'coming. Supposed to get cold, windy and wet tonight, and stay that way until Tuesday. Yep, field trip to Himalaya Mine on Saturday has been postponed... edmohs, okay to sing, mostly, but stay out of the rain! Grind 'em, baby, grind 'em!

Rockoonz: Our rock club lapidary shop is now in a building with lots of handcrafters and artists, across the hall is Honey Mamas organic fudge, sweetened with honey. My favorite has cayenne in it.

Pat: rockpickerforever 's jelly is the best! I make peanut brittle, and peppermint bark. Used to make caramels (yum), but can't handle the butter anymore.

snowmom: Pat caramel is my favorite, no butter would be a major bummer. I'd forgotten but my grandma always made peanut brittle to give as gifts at Christmas time, we helped her do that and also made taffy (ever pull taffy?)
