3 more Agates I finished today. Enjoy! Laguna. I love the Yellow and Purples combinations By far one of the best Moctezuma Agates I have. An uknown. I was thinking Coyamito from the outer appearance but the soft colors make me think otherwise. steve

That last one might be queensland agate from Austrailia, I got some in Madras that had similar colors.

Yeah, I've seen some like that last one too that came from a batch of supposed Laguna agates but the skins had the Coyamito look. Problem with agate from that part of Mexico is a store would often serve as a collecting point for agate picked up by cowboys and such from all over the region. A buyer would then come and get the entire lot and sort them as to what he "thought" they were before resale. The only Mexican nodules with real certain ID's are those that are mined by someone like the Gem Shop where they dug them so they know exactly where they are from. If I had to guess on that last one, I'd say Coyamito because of the shape and skin.....Mel
