Great pieces! How was the Victoria Stone to work? I've read about that stone but have never heard from someone who actually worked with it.

Do you know where that banded chrysocolla/malachite is from?
Phenomenal cabs, all of them!

He does indeed! Ed taught me to cab at WWR 1 on a small Bigfoot brought by Don! Thats why some of us call him Sensei Stoner!
Amazing work Ed.

Definitely a fantastic group of cabs. The selection of material and shapes of the cabs to enhance the patterns is superb. Great job! Bob

Wow...I must say that is on fantastic set of cabs there. I love the "eyes" in the fire agate and botswana. I have never seen a botswana cut that way that is really nice. The malachite cabs are very unique also, I too am curious as to where the material hails from. The Plumes, the opal.....ah heck....they are all killer!!!

Thanks everyone, sorry to go AWOL on here, things happen! The Victoria stone was no different than a soft stone, like Seraphinite. I got almost a complete round section of it at the Snyder PowWow for FREE! The dealer said if I buy something else with the Victoria Stone, he's throw it in!!! WOW! The Chrysocolla was from a couple of estate sales our local club held. I just know it's from Arizona, I wish I knew where it was from. If anybody has an idea, let me know. I also got some Chrysocolla in a brown/green matrix with some pyrite in it also. Like this. I'd like to know more about this material too.
