Hard to tell unless I seen it upclose and personal - however it looks like a vesicular material with small agates/opal nodules within.

here is another picture, the round parts are actually round balls, a few fell free when I tried to cut a slab, and the slab partially crumbled, all over the saw table. Attachments:

It's rhyolite. Those are gas bubbles filled with another mineral, probably calcite, maybe quartz.
