Here is my batch took a few out they need more grind 1. piece of rose quartz but it appeares white in the photo I have to read my book on my camera to see why my pics tue color doesn't come out could be the lighting to I will have to make a box. 2. in the tumbler 3. Not sure what this is (picture color not great) thanks for looking

You can tell it will come out shiny tho:). If it's not polished, and you have a dremel, you can shape or cab and clean out any matrix at this point, then finish the polish for all smooth stones maybe.

how do you shape a stone with a dremel you need diamond bits for that I think I might have some have to ask the hubby

Yes, you have to have diamond bits, but they are pretty cheap at Harbor Freight or Ebay. They don't have to be perfectly shaped for the tumbler, but if you take off the corners and try to smooth out any craters and cracks, the final result should look nicer.

Is that the "1st grind" after roughing in a rotary? If not,,,,those rocks are coming along VERY fast and looking good,,,they're looking good in ANY case!
