Hey, I was looking at the second one! :-) Glad somebody good got it. Clam chowder sounds right but check it out. They look like egyptian eyes. The first one could be horse canyon, from temecula.

Yep, second one is often called clam chowder stone if it has clams, coquina if it contains the tiny coquina type clams or if it contains the little Devil's Toenail type oysters like here in Texas, we. of course, call it Devil's Toenails. Firs tone had me stumped. Some kind of plume but I'm not sure which one....Mel
