Did YOU take the pix Diane, or are those from the listing?
I'd be happy to trade for some of those, what do you want for it, rocks or glass?

the slab pict. is from the seller and the chunks are what I got as you can see he juiced up the listing and slab pictures, they really are not that brilliant but more drab like my scan of them I'm going to keep them and cab them out my issue with the whole thing is the "rare" and all the other descriptives he used along with the juiced up photos the fact that he charged over 8 bucks for shipping first class and there was not one pound of stone

So he actually posted the big pix (first one) in YOUR listing for the small nuggets??? Because when you posted the listing, that big pix wasn't included. So I did a bit of poking around and found the listing for your big pix here: www.ebay.com/itm/180938631973?nma=true&si=P8GzjOIOYdceSHMvm4VmFaJFgNY%3D&rt=nc&_trksid=p4340.l2557&orig_cvip=true#ht_4245wt_1159That rock in the first pix was 981 grams... and sold for over $40. His buyer left him excellent feedback and was thrilled. I then looked at his other feedback, and he's sold quite a lot of that 'pseudomorph needlestick agate' and every single person who bought it was happy in their feedback. Was this the same guy who sold you yours, or did the guy who sold yours steal the photo from the guy above? I don't see your negative review. I can SEE the pseudomorph and needlesticks in your smaller pix, 3rd from right both top and bottom... unless I'm misunderstanding what a 'pseudomorph' is (to clarify, when I looked it up, it is one material being replaced with another. All petrified wood and fossils are pseudomorphs according to what I just read). So how can that NOT be a pseudomorph or needlestick (saginate?). I'm confused, what was misrepresented??

that is not the same seller - he grabbed that picture from that seller
I am NOT the one selling any of this! I am th BUYER of the small pieces and I scanned them when I got them to show how juiced up the pictures were on the listing for them
the COLORS were JUICED
also it was for 1 POUND and that is NOT what I got
the person is a scammer, period and when I pushed with ebay's buyer protection he backed way off from claiming I was lying to ebay
I did not leave a negative but left neutral as I did get the stones just not as advertized
this seller is one to avoid

Well which seller is the one to stay away from? I don't remember where the original link for it went.
So he lied and said it was 1 lb but you only got 1/2 a lb? I'd complain to Ebay if that's the case, that's no different than buying 1 lb of anything and getting 1/2 lb. You got shorted by 1/2!!
Just found the seller, NiccoloMachiavelli (what a name!).
