Just a few this time. Seam Turquoise Here's a Mexican Jelly Opal with a Turquoise inlay. The opal had a small divot and I would have lost too much by getting rid of it, so I inlaid a 6mm round Turquoise cab upside down and cabbed as usual. The opal has a natural blue flash that goes well with the Turquoise. A Morgan Hill Blue Agate(Anderson Dam) And a gorgeous Varacsite. That's it for now!

I really like what you did with the inlay, a perfect fix for a divot! That Varacsite is a stunner too, nice job!

That Morgan Hill blue is terrific looking, but that Varasite is spectacular. Always a pleasure to see your work, Ed.

Such beautiful cabs, Ed!
Didn't see any intarsia cabs made by you so far. They look perfect but no wander about that, as you are a wood intarsia specialist.

Great cabs Ed especially the seam turquoise and the inlay you matched up your inlay well which I am finding hard to do. Bill

Great save in the seam turquoise; the rest look pretty good, too.

Thanks everyone. Amber, there's a debate about the Blue agate, I've had people tell me it is Plasma agate from Clear Creek, Calif, but I have some Plasma agate and it doesn't look anything like this. I DO have a piece of Anderson Dam blue agate and it DOES look like that. But to answer your question, Anderson Dam is across the valley from the poppy jasper locations, but it's in the same area.

My plasma agate from Clear Creek is also mostly green. Doesn't look like your Anderson Dam piece with blue in it.

Great set of cabs. I have always wanted to mix a couple of stones in some way together. Just a little lazy when it comes to doing it.
