Tody I received the worst news ever. My best ltiitle friend passed away. I went to visit him this morning and brought him his favorite meal, roast turkey. He was able to eat it and hold it down and we thought that he was improving. Later in the afternoon just as I was on the way out to see him again the phone rang. It was the vet. Sebastien went into siezure and had heart failure. He passed away while my wife was waiting for me in the car to go see him. He was only 5 years old. The vet thinks it was Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. Stu

Sorry Stu. When my last dog passed on, we swore that we'd never get another since it's too hard to deal with when it's time for them to go. But then, my daughter went and purchased an English bulldog. We're all very attached, just like the last dog. They're family.

I am so so sorry for the passing of your bud. I have no words of comfort, because I know there aren't any....but know I will be thinking of you and your wife's loss while hugging one of my puppies.

Sorry, Stu, I know too well how it feels. My heart goes out to you--and so young. But at least you had five years. . .

I don't know you Stu, but I am sorry to hear that you lost your loved pet. I had a cat that lived to be 21, and even then it was hard for me to accept that it was her time. It was so hard, that I have never replaced her. Maybe some day?
Try to remember that Sebastien is no longer suffering, and we'd never want a loved one to suffer due to our own selfishness. God Bless!

Sorry to hear of your loss Stu. I also know all to well how it feels. Do whatever is in your heart that you think you need to do right now to help you thru it! A little road time was a help to me.

So sorry for your loss. They are family as much as a sister or brother and it hurts like hell when its their time to leave. I know what you're going through. Everyone has to grieve in their own way, do what helps you feel better.
