Very nice stuff. Got to love it when someone tells you that you can't do something eh? Hah. The last one is my favorite of the bunch but the first one is very nice also.

Go Tommy!!!! How were the plasma agate and the ocean stone for working? I've been looking at the plasma for a while and actually have some ocean picture stone that I just haven't had the heart to cut yet. That Ruby Zoisite came out Killer! Great job!!!! Cathy

Hi Cathy, sorry I missed your question earlier. The plasma agate was pretty bad ... I dont' know the correct terminology but it was hard stone in a soft matrix so it ended up full of pits and features. I have a few more pieces of it but I don't think I'll go back to it for a while. The Ocean picture stone has been fun to work with. I've polished five pieces so far and I had my first one that broke today. It's soft but it does take a nice shine - and ends up with a few pits as well. this is the latest one I finished today:
