I get "freaked" when you get to the end of a loaf of sliced bread and there is only one slice without a match. Been bothering me for months now. Found out last week that my wife uses only one slice for toast in the morning. I thought at first I was being short-changed a slice ! ! I just hate to pay more for things and get less ! ! LOL

It's all related to magnetics. My sandwiches automatically become symmetrical from top to bottom. The reason for this has to do with Earth's magnetic field which is activated from the iron that is found in the bread therefore instantly changing to its evenness just like when you stick two magnets together. On the rare occasion that the field is down and the bread is not even, then the bread gets a funky taste that not even a Condor can tolerate. And this, is the gospel according to Condor.

Fossilman, *L* You are a bold one, turning yore bread around like that!
I Never trusted my pop to make sandwiches. Went fishing with him once when he did make the lunch. He asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted, handed me one, I bit into it and he had put the cardboard picture of the ham that used to be used label the meat packs on the bread, instead of the meat. After that I had sandwich trust issues....Mel

I don't eat sandwiches. Wheat is bad for me.
Miracle whip? Yuk.
Jean, regarding money? What's that?

Scott, it's something you never have enough of, it arrives at the bank every two weeks, and pretty much is gone once the bills are paid and some groceries bought - lol! Credit cards are useful for those unexpected bills, like when the Ranger throws a front brake pad, and is leaking coolant from behind the timing chain cover (anybody ever fix that little problem?). The brakes I can handle myself, the other - time to see my mechanic. Like I said, credit card! Man, but this old (300,00 miles) Ranger is putting us in the poorhouse.
But back to OCD - Does anybody else count things that don't matter? I do, trying to curb that. And I've found a way not to care if the bread is facing the same way - make an open faced sandwich - lol! I spread my peanut butter with jalapeno jelly (thanks a lot, Mike, you've got me hooked on that! Got to make another batch soon.) on just one piece of bread. Jean
edit for typo
