Yes Chuck. They did not have a bit of black except slight tinge around edge. You always like my weird coral and i thank you. They were chipped of hardball to softball size. Can not wait to get back south and remove the mineral rich skin off of the 2-3 footers.I am betting on some very neurotic colors.Zephyr Hills is a long haul.My cousins daughter just moved there-oh goodie Jungle Jim is coming to visit Almost no fractures and it is softer than the coral you tumbled.

I generally do not look at tumbles but I am glad I did not miss this one. That is some spectacular stuff and I am looking forward to the finished product. Jim

Thanks Donnie.I am trying to organize my corals.A fairly large group for cabbing. This summer when i start collecting i will know what i am doing and what size/quantities i can get/find.I have only collected specimens for years until the past year since being on this great forum.I was thinking those dark colors might be good for darker designs like sci-fi/steampunk/gothic.Some of them are gross looking like the darkside people want.Ahhh-bat's are attacking :>

Your avatar is perfect. Jamesp and his glasses. My grumpy gastrolith wouldnt be the same without them. Jamesp inspired. If I was motoring down the river and seen you wearing them, Id turn right around and head for the barn. Rivers yours. Big dude wearing them glasses, gotta be a little crazy in the head. Am I right? kidding.
