I'm looking to see if it's possible to get a flat polishing disk like the one in the picture below - but instead of the 1/4" male threaded rod - it would have a 1" i.d. female threads. Either right or left hand threads would be fine. My arbor shaft is custom made in a machine shop and it doesn't have the small hole and female threads that most do. I've searched all over to see if this even exists but I've had no luck. The other possibility would be to custom build one...what would you build it out of?
