Hey Kim I promised my wife last year we would go to Houston the very week of the Woodward trip. Wouldn't ya know it? I went to Woodward in the 80's. I can't remember for sure, but I think the rock was around a dollar a pound at that time.
Maybe next year. :-)

Thanks TW, I'm really looking forward to being able to scratch a bunch of names off my List of "Friends I never met". As the day gets closer, I'm finding myself running around locating things to bring with me. The weather looks like it's going to be nice for the entire week so we should all have a great time going out collecting. I'll probably have a million pics to sort through when I get home and I'll select some of the highlights and put them on CD. I'll mail them out to anyone who would like a copy.
Is it Saturday yet?

LOL, Dan. I sure would like to, but I like staying married even more. :-) That's precisely the reason I'm going. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, or it might be "get the hell outta here buster, and maybe I'll luv ya more." Condor

Hey lucky people, have a top time. Cook heaps of damper, drink lots of billy tea, sleep well in your swags, watch out for dingos, check your boots for funnel webs, keep the thunder box clean, keep your esky full of cold drinks, look for the southern cross each night, keep your eyes out for yowies, and don't forget to take your hats with corks dangling off them...oops...wrong continent. hahahaha Have a great time, stay safe and be considerate towards each other. Mike
