Got a few more cabs done. I scored a nice collection of Mimbres Picture Jasper slabs and these are the first cabs to come out of them. The Vistaite cab is an exceptional piece showing both the Buckskin Rhyolite along with the classic green material. Vistaite (Walton Lake, OR) Willow Creek Jasper (Idaho) Mimbres Picture Jasper (aka Apache Picture Rock/Jasper; Mimbres, NM) John Day Bloodstone Jasper (Oregon) Crazy Lace Slab to be cut up for my wife's X-mas jewelry

Very nice...I am still in love with that John Day Bloodstone Jasper...might have to work a deal for a slab or two!

you turned some beautiful materials into even more beautiful cabs. I think the vivid colors on the bloodstone make it my favorite. Your ovals against that white background really show off how dead on your shapes are.

Turn that bloodstone sideways and we have the "eye of Sauron!"
