Rich,
As always, nice polish! You also have a good eye for making the most of the pattern in your cabs. Those things look outstanding. I picked up a nice Bruneau slab the other day. I' looking forward to getting started on it.

carloscinco & jollyrockhound, the Bird's eye was this small leftover that was priced at 25 cents. I kept tossing it back into the bin of water & Anna kept pulling it out. As usual, she was right [she doesn't look at the forum, so I can admit that here].
starguy, I have a few so-so slabs of Bruneau. I have only made one cab. It's hard material but takes a beautiful shine. I'm looking forward to seeing your finished cab.

Thanks all, I shared this before on the post of the first cab, I bought the slab at a tourist shop in Helen GA. You just never know when a good rock will pop up.

Ed, I'm originally from near Pittsburgh, but I live in GA now. I'm sure that rock is a "transplant" to GA as well.
