went through my rock pantry and found a couple more unakite, not sure if the second one is for sure but the colors are right the first is very deep dark green matrix, not black.

as you know Deb that red & green rock you hold as some great pattering inside and polishes fine
I call the red in the rock garnetizing
that not what is but in slow geological sense who know what it might do in another million years?

Ooh Christmasy!......Mel Rose bud/Rose Agate from the South Cadys The green shows up here as more yellowish but this agate is actually called Christmas tree Agate from northern Nevada Red Lightning Agate out of Mexico: Mexican Flame Agate variant: Maury Mtn. Moss: Bull Canyon Tube Agate: Horse Canyon Moss Spider Web Jasper, Oregon South Cadys Plume Sierra Primrose Jasper with some epidote stained poppies
