So, Craigslist Find... It appears to be worth every penny they are asking, but there may be more to it.... I mean, the barrel alone are $150 a piece aren't they? BUT... this is also offered, included in the total price, but they call it a "Paint House"... does this not look like a saw? Or..is this a parts washer type deal???

Well, I asked them. we shall know soon.
I am tempted to buy the tumbler, although the motor looks a little overkill...

A 1/4HP should run that. A 1/3HP would be acceptable, a 1/2 starts to cost money. I prefer 4 bearings on the ends and a heavy shaft. Can be difficult getting those inboard bearings off. The shaft looks plenty thick, I would run it without the 4 center bearings if the shaft didn't sag much. You would have 4 spare bearings.

The Rock Shed has those barrels listed for $85 but they sure don't look like that. I'd say they are worth maybe 50 bucks each and that's being generous.

Yeah, my mistake there, I was looking at Kingsley and some higher quality barrels I guess... I think they were 20#ers and they are way More!
And yeah, those barrels are obviously well used... I think I'll pass. I mainly was hoping the big blue paint house was a saw, but Im guess parts washer?? No response back yet.
