MrP, how thick are those slabs your tumbling? They look really thin. Do you tumble thin slabs with lots of smalls?

On my LS12 that is between 2-1/4 turns to 3 turns. If I have a large rock that I can get a 5" or larger slab off of I will make it 1/4" thick. I do not worry if the thin slabs break in the tumbler because I make hearts out of the thicker pieces and Guitar Picks out of the thin ones. I have found that any slabs that made it though the tumbling process have not broken latter, no matter how thin they are......................MrP
