Can anyone tell me what this is? Super soft stone but takes a liquid polish super easy. I thought at first mohawkite, but I don't see any with bands online. Thanks for the help Roger

The reason I know the name of it is because I was able to buy a couple of small slabs to make pendant and earing sets for my bride and two daughters for Christmas. I had to do some real talking to buy what I did. He was selling a cab and my wife asked about it then asked if he had any rough. He would not sell me the piece I wanted but he did sell the small slabs, at a HIGH price.
I always make matching sets for my wife and daughters. With the small amount I was able to buy I had to split the slabs. I put optical quartz on both sides before splitting because they ended up thin. I do not believe they would have held together without the quartz backing.............MrP
