Is the Glass Bute obsidian easy to find? Not for us! I was told you could see it flashing near the highway. We got off road at the suggested turnoff. I had black hair going in, and I was blonde coming out due to all the thick dust on the dirt road.

I had black hair going in, and I was blonde coming out due to all the thick dust on the dirt road. I have picked it up out of the ditch next to the blacktop. I was more worried about cutting my tires up going in than the dust. Drive slow, no dust! It is really a mountain of glass!

If you have great tires and tread,no worries.....If you have bald tires, your going to blow them on that road!!!!! We had no problems...........

Beautiful! It is not only transparent, it even seems to enhance the clarity of the image.
