these blue agates are from the "Klondike" in Alaska..........Wish I had more of them...

The 1st three photos of petwood was self dug-with Clyde,Clayton and I........I have about a 1/2 bucket full...

OK, that ole granite. Finding the granite along the railway in broken pieces is cool. River tumbled pieces, etc. But just grinding them smooth in course grit and seeing the textures in them from a gentle removal with a tumbler is just too interesting. No matter if they have a polish or not, that rock is fine looking. Tumbling 3 barrels of it and having a great time looking at it wet. Fully aware it could be slabbed and cabbed. Some of it is amazing. Enjoy the granite !!
