No bread. No rice. No quinoa. No cookies. No no no... Except on cheat days Yes great results. The bad stuff in grains is gone (mostly) in fermented products and completely in distilled goods.

Actually, it's 50 reps, lol. I find that since losing the weight, those 90 lb sacks of cement are much harder to pick up. I'd just love to be able to do honest work to stay in shape instead of wasting that energy on mindless exercising. And the dog food, used to come in a 50 lb bag? Now, the kind I buy is down to just 35 lbs. They can charge more money per pound that way. Would be over $100 for a 50 lb sack now. I also wonder if they think with everybody so out of shape, if they make the bag weights lighter, they will sell better? Bunch of lightweights!
Naw, it's the money thing. Like ice cream in 3 1/2 qt containers, instead of 4 qt (half gallon) size. I could go on, but I'm sure you get my drift...

Re: exercise. I've always followed W.C. Fields' excellent example:
"I take my exercise serving as a pallbearer at the funerals of friends who take exercise."
Truthfully, until recent years I walked or trotted nearly everywhere I went on foot, and always ran going up stairs. I did a lot of back-packing when younger and of course spent a lot of time in the field digging rocks and lugging them home. I'm reminded that everyone in my family laughed at one of my uncles who in his late 50s took a minor job delivering Wall Street Journals. He was up at 4 a.m. trotting around San Jose on his "paper route." He knew exactly what he was doing and figured he'd just as well get paid for what otherwise would be boring exercise. He lived healthily to a ripe age.

"Could" being the operative word. Haven't done any cement work in a while. Good thing it comes in 60 lb sacks, too. Used to lift 100 lb dog at one time.

Not me, I'm not that slender yet, but I'm working on it. And I'll never be that young again, lol, nothing that can be done about that. But thanks for thinking of me, Billy!
Surprised no one caught my error on the size of the ice cream containers - a half gallon is four pints, or two quarts, duh! Anyway, the containers now are 3/4 the size they used to be. (1 1/2 quarts now instead of 2 quarts, or half gallon. Confused? Me too!)

My Doc is pulling the trigger for my other hip for total replacement... That is tough! One of my uncles had both hips done last year and my wife will probably have them done this year.
