Very pretty stuff, vegasjames. The second piece has some intense color. Really like the last one, too.

lookit that color! way to go! (find more!!!) Actually I have. When I first found the deposit I spent a couple of hours and got 20 pounds. My next two trips were around 350 pounds each. Then the last two were only 10 and 29 pounds. It is getting harder and harder to get to because the soil is steep and loose so as I dig the rock and dirt keep burying the deposit deeper. Trying to shore it up did not work. So come fall I will just have to go back and dig out all the collapsed dirt and rock.

Avalanches aside - well worth the effort.
