Here's my first attempt at making any sort of jewelry. Stones were self collected and shaped completely on a 7" tile saw. Not very exotic material at all, and crudely shaped, but I have to start somewhere! If nothing else, I learned a lot in the attempt. Lots more to learn! Pet wood Jasper Have no idea what this is. Montana poppy jasper? I'll call it "Galazy Agate" until someone tells me otherwise, the entire stone I cut it from has a tube of druzy going through the middle and has lots of depth to it. Pretty need looking material, even though the "Cab" looks like a first grader made it. Someday I'll get a real saw and a set of wheels... until then I'll just play around...

I like the poppy jasper because of the white specs look so dreamy, and the petrified is very appealing, and the jasper's got great color and design. +1! Great.
