Great progression!! I'd like to see more people do this. It would be encouraging for newbies, too. I haven't been cabbing for 10 years, but if I go back and look, I'm sure (I hope) I'll see improvement.

I was just looking back at some of my early stuff (three years ago LOL) and it's pretty weird to think about the space I was in at the time. Everything was fun, every material cabbable and every finished cab was on display - I taped them to a sheet of plastic hanging on the wall.

I have a couple I put away- the ones I did with Randy at his house. I was so flippin' proud of those awful things!! I just looked it up... I got my Gene on June 25th, 2012.

This is a fun post! I just went back and looked at photos of my first cabs from June/July '13. Yikes! Like rockjunquie, I was so proud of those first cabs and posted photos of them and showed them off to everyone. Looking at them now, I did some very bad things to some innocent rocks lol It is amazing what the support (and patience) from a community of "anonymous" people on a forum can do for someone who is completely clueless! I still have a long way to go but everything I have learned about rocks, equipment, and cutting cabs, came from the RTH forums
