Does anyone know who these people are? Apparently they are going around and trying to put claims on every good mineral deposit in AZ. I can find nothing on them online. Anyone know anything?

docs.azgs.az.gov/SpecColl/1994-01/1994-01-0027.pdfThe 'Black Bear Group' file is part of the Grover Heinrichs mining collection. Grover was the Vice President of Heinrichs GEOEXploration, located in Tucson,Arizona The collection contains over 1,400 folders including economic geology reports, maps, photos, correspondence, drill logs and other related materials The focus of much of the information is on the western United States, particularly Arizona, but the collection also includes files on mining activity throughout the United States foreign countries, and 82 mineral commodities. Quoted this from Arizona Geological Survey Mining Data website minedata.azgs.az.gov/search?search_api_views_fulltext=Black+Bear+Group&=Searchwalt

So are they actually mining these spots or simply trying to tie them up to prevent mining like the BLM has been doing?

From what little I understand about claims, they will have to do some sort of work on each one, every year, to improve it in some way. I am sure somebody here can explain better than me. Anyway, it seems like a fools mission to tie up money for speculation.
