Hello all, we've got a vacation coming up to the Bay of Fundy and I was wondering any of you had suggestions for locations to collect agates or mineral specimens?
Thanks for any info.

yetiabitibi - Send me a Personal Mail sometime and I can provide you with many locations to explore. The Bay is big and runs for a few hundred miles, so we will need to narrow down where you plan to visit. Two of the best regions are Cape Split/The Blomidon on the south side and Cap D'Or to Five Islands on the north side of the Minas Basin.
Most locations are tidal dependant. You can only access them at low tide, typically 2 hours before and after low tide. The timing of the low tide is typically 1 hour later than the previous day's low tide, so the schedule is always on the move. Lots to think about. You have to plan your trips. Nature wins! I can send you a Tide Table link so you can plan.
Darryl.
