These are just a few I've cut in the past couple of weeks. Lots more in the pipeline but I'm experimenting with new imaging techniques and photos are lagging cab production. Hope you enjoy them and thanks for looking.
Koi Jasper – new to me, from South Africa
Sugilite Cushion
Opalized Sycamore Wood – Cut this for the last cab competition but forgot to enter it. Oh well...
Sugilite Shield Shape, large stone approx. 33 x 24 x 5 mm
Large Polka Dot Cushion
Amazonite Pear
Stalactite “Onyx” – Utah?
Botswana Fortification
Montana Agate
Prudent Man Plume
Deschutes Dendritic Side 1
Deschutes Dendritic Side 2
Opal Pear – Somewhat subtle with alternating floating flashes of red and green. Pretty stone in hand.
Opal Free Shape, N7 dark gray base multicolor; fine stone, much better in hand. Reds don't want to photograph.

Nice job. Is the sycamore wood dyed? Thanks James. No dye at all, totally natural. I chose that particular pattern because it shows so many variations one single piece. I have an image of the slab before I trimmed the preform out if anyone would like to see it.

That is really neat. I have never seen that color in wood before.
