That looks very neat! It would be a great design for a full size glass, made of glass or plastic.

It'd be a shame if you bought one then dropped it the same day and it shattered... would be out $240... oooh, burn.

His site says he is an ex-mineral collector now doing glass crafting. I thought it was a little crystal carved in some unique gem carving style. I couldn't see the price list, but if they are all handmade it seems "reasonable" although totally beyond anything I would spend -- especially with kids.

My drinking glass budget tops out at about $2.40 I'm not even sure if borosilicate is dishwasher safe. The glass is amazing, but $240 sure would buy a lot of rocks.

Not on my shopping list either. He makes a tube of glass the colours he wants then hand carved the glass. Not knowing this first caused me to out it in the wrong section. The price ia fair for what it is. A carving of gorgeous proportions.
