I used to eat the pie crust cut-offs before they were cooked when I was a kid, many, many years ago. Thanks for the reminder.

Ahh, the extra pie crust. Even now my wonderful wife bakes up some to have with coffee every time she makes a pie; and we are a little on the far side of 60.
