It's been over a year since I last cabbed. Life stuff, but we're good, very good now. I have really missed the rocks & all of you.
I am very rusty & it definitely shows.
First up is what I believe to be a polychrome jasper.
A Mookaite. Unfortunately, a pit opened up & the yellow section in the bottom third is soft & refuses to take a shine.
A couple of Willow Creek Jaspers. I decided to leave some of the matrix. It took a good shine, but I not sure I like it, especially on the second one.
A Morgan Hill Poppy Jasper. The cracks that look horrible in the photo are much better in person. It was a small chip from another slab.
My first time working w/ Goldstone. It polished much easier that I thought it would being so soft.
A nice little Blood-Stone, too shiny to photograph well. I'm rusty in my photography too.
Last is a Norena Jasper
Thanks for looking!
Peace,
Rich

Hi Rich! Life has a lot of nerve getting in the way of rocks and friends! Love that first one and the bloodstone, but I think they are all great- even the troublesome mooka.
