Ha ha lol. Those wheels would get changed to ball bearings instantly if they don't already have them. The rest is Joe professional. No way captbob. Me don't want to move that beast around. Love those direct drive spur gear boxes. Very expensive and efficient. Cadillac stuff. Great for lapidary those gear boxes. I think it is a motor/gearbox combo unit. He is driving the motor which inturn drives the gear box. Thanks/no thanks

Thanks/no thanks sissy Rotf That thing must turn very slow. Gear head reduction motor, and further 10-1 reduction on the pulleys. Curious what it as built for.

Thanks/no thanks sissy My little sissy 6# tumbler is getting down. Dozen woods and the rest jasper and jasper/moss hybrids. Gotta do final touch up on pre-grinder. Rolling two weeks on and two weeks off. BUT, adding grit daily when running.

Quite a tumbler, I sure would like to hear it run. A friend built one about that size years ago, he said he could hear it from a half mile away on a quiet night. Fortunately he lived quite a distance away from neighbors.

Fortunately he lived quite a distance away from neighbors. I was just thinking that same thing. Imagine a load of 20 bricks in there. It would sound like a car crash over and over and over and.....
